We build the agents that do your work.
naitive.work is a studio based in Dublin. We absorb repetitive service work, the work your team does despite being hired for something more valuable, into AI agents that we build, run, and answer for. You pay for the work the agent ships, not the seat it sits in.
What we do
Every engagement starts with a Diagnostic Sprint: one week, embedded in your business, looking at where the time goes. We come back with a ranked report on the three workflows most ready to be absorbed by an agent, and a build plan for the top one.
If we proceed, we build the agent, we run it on our infrastructure, and we measure the work it ships. Your team handles the exceptions. We charge a fixed fee for the build, then a monthly run fee that scales with volume.

What we believe
The answer to "we're drowning in repetitive work" used to be hire more people or buy more software. Both come with a catch. People are expensive and hard to retain. Software gives you a tool but leaves you doing the work.
Something changed in the last eighteen months. AI got good enough, in narrow, well-defined workflows, to do the work itself, not just help a person do it. The agent files the return. The agent reconciles the account. The agent handles the routine ticket. A person reviews and signs off.
It doesn't work everywhere yet. It works extremely well in workflows with clear inputs, clear outputs, and a tight band of right answers. That's the work we look for, and that's the work we build for.
